Who runs this, and why.
What this site is
Duroodetaj.com has been online since 2020 as a free place to listen to Durood e Taj and read about it. It is a personal project, not an organisation, and it has never carried advertising.
How it is funded
It isn’t. The hosting is paid for personally. There are no ads, no affiliate links, no donation appeals, no sponsored content and no app to install. Nothing on this site is trying to sell you anything, and nothing is tracking you across the web.
Editorial approach
Three commitments shape what is written here.
What is established is separated from what is reported. Qur’anic commands and sahih hadith are one category. Virtues transmitted within a tradition are another. Both are worth knowing; conflating them helps nobody.
Attribution is stated honestly. Where a common attribution is not a documented certainty, that is said rather than smoothed over.
Sacred text is not generated. Any Arabic published here is taken from a printed edition and checked against the print by someone qualified to do it. It is not produced by software.
Corrections
If you find an error — in the Arabic, a translation, a date, an attribution or a claim — please tell us. Corrections are made promptly and gratefully. Details are on the contact page.
Reusing this material
Everything here is free to copy, quote, print and share. Use it in a masjid, a class, a WhatsApp group or on your own website. No permission is needed and no credit is required, though a link back is always appreciated.
